Defective merchandise should be returned or exchange within 30 calendar days after purchase. After 30 calendar days unit must be sent to manufacturer for warranty repair.
We offer all out products 1 year warranty. It covers breakage and malfunction occurring during normal usage. Breakage caused by abuse or intentional misuse is not covered in the warranty.
Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Digi 1st, Inc. We will cover the shipping for ship back. Shipping will not be refunded for defective merchandise returned.
Batteries are a Non-warranty item.

I use this to count missed targets on my gun range. The sound is a great asset to verify the count. I will be buying more of these.

Great and Simple
It's really easy to hold and to use. The display is larger than most counters I found online. In terms of functionality, it's pretty much the same as the description. Overall, this counter is very simple and straightforward.
