Return Policy

If you are not clear using our products, please read the instruction enclosed with the products first. However, if you still need help after reading the instruction, or your product actually fails to perform properly, contact us at:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please log in to your account and make a return request in "Completed Orders," or contact us with your name, order number, and the reason why you want to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Shipping Policy

We offer two shipping options, Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping.

  • Orders with Free Shipping are normally shipped our choice of USPS or UPS ground service within 1 to 2 business days. It usually takes 3-5 business days for packages to arrive once shipped.
  • Orders with Expedited Shipping are shipped through USPS Priority Mail within 1 to 2 business days. It usually takes 1-3 business days for packages to arrive once shipped. 

Please email us if your desired upgraded shipping option doesn't show at checkout. We will calculate the shipping cost and estimate delivery time for you. If you have further question about our shipping policy, please contact us.



Defective merchandise should be returned or exchange within 30 calendar days after purchase. After 30 calendar days unit must be sent to manufacturer for warranty repair.

We offer all out products 1 year warranty. It covers breakage and malfunction occurring during normal usage. Breakage caused by abuse or intentional misuse is not covered in the warranty.

Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Digi 1st, Inc. We will cover the shipping for ship back. Shipping will not be refunded for defective merchandise returned.

Batteries are a Non-warranty item.
