Defective merchandise should be returned or exchange within 30 calendar days after purchase. After 30 calendar days unit must be sent to manufacturer for warranty repair.
We offer all out products 1 year warranty. It covers breakage and malfunction occurring during normal usage. Breakage caused by abuse or intentional misuse is not covered in the warranty.
Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Digi 1st, Inc. We will cover the shipping for ship back. Shipping will not be refunded for defective merchandise returned.
Batteries are a Non-warranty item.

sound function
This is a great hand held or lanyard neck used counter EXCEPT!!!! the sound function is impossible to manage - the instructions DON'T SET THE SOUND. It would be 1 start but we still use it for counting laps.
