Defective merchandise should be returned or exchange within 30 calendar days after purchase. After 30 calendar days unit must be sent to manufacturer for warranty repair.
We offer all out products 1 year warranty. It covers breakage and malfunction occurring during normal usage. Breakage caused by abuse or intentional misuse is not covered in the warranty.
Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Digi 1st, Inc. We will cover the shipping for ship back. Shipping will not be refunded for defective merchandise returned.
Batteries are a Non-warranty item.

Good dual-counter stopwatch combo
Was very impressed by the free shipping and how quickly this arrived in the mail. It retains the counts and stopwatch time when powered off which is nice. Two reasons this unit gets only 4 stars out of 5 : the case has some sharp plastic near where the molding splits & the button trigger for the stopwatch activates when the button is RELEASED, not when it is depressed. Maybe this is by design?
