Digit 1st T-5020 is a compact, light-weight, and easy-to-use interval timer with a Pacer feature. Unlike traditional interval timers that only allow you to time your workout and rest, our T-5020 lets you follow a preset pace or tempo during your workout to help increase your performance or strengthen stamina. By focusing on your workout pace and count, instead of counting seconds or minutes, you will be able to set a better workout goal and maintain a consistent rhythm when exercising.
- The Interval Timer Mode can run on two different intervals in sequence and can be repeated up to 199 times
- The Interval Pacer Mode allows you to run a pacer and a timer in sequence for the rounds you set. Under this mode, you would be able to focus on your workout pace and count instead of the exercise duration
- Each mode can be set as AUTO, which keeps repeating through intervals/pacers, up to 99 repeats.
